RRC has extensive PM experience using ITIL, Agile or SCRUM processes that often differ in approach but with the same end goals. We harness policies and processes created by CILT for logistics and supply and integrate them into ITIL or Scrum programs as required. In some cases we do implement the waterfall (development) processes.
