Doug Hanchard is the principle and founder of RRC. Mr. Hanchard has over 20 years experience in the high technology corridor with career positions at Bell Canada, Telus, AT&T, AccTel Enterprises, Internet Canada, Ford Motor Company and public sector industries.
Mr. Hanchard has served in a variety of capacities including marketing, telecom engineering, sales support, network architecture (voice and data), software applications, network services and technical 3rd party support environments. In concert with these elements, he has been directly involved with supporting customer accounts varying from the Government of Canada to the largest retailers and manufactures in the world. As an individual and team leader of small and large organizations, he brings a plethora of experience operating the consulting group.
